• Free cancellation up to 10 days before your trip. You can cancel your reservation without any cancellation fee and receive a full refund.
• Cancellations within 10 days of your trip are non-refundable. If a cancellation is made less than 10 days before the scheduled departure date, the reservation amount will not be refunded.
• We recommend contacting us as early as possible if you need to cancel or change your reservation, so our team can assist you with the available options.

Your safety is always our highest priority. Weather and sea conditions can sometimes affect boat trips in Milos.

• Full refund in case of cancellation due to bad weather. If Sandy Waves determines that the trip cannot safely take place because of weather conditions, you can receive a full refund.
• Free rescheduling is also available. Instead of a refund, you may choose another available date for your boat experience.
• All weather-related decisions are based on safety. Sea and weather conditions will be evaluated to ensure the safe operation of our boats and the safety of all passengers.

Please keep in mind the following information when planning your boat rental:

• Fuel for the Nireus 490 boats is not included in the rental price.
• Fuel is charged separately according to actual consumption.
